Create an object to SKEW.
Draw a rectangle using the RECTANGLE TOOL from the
TOOLBAR.
Select the OBJECT
Using the arrow tool double click on the rectangle
to select both the STROKE and FILL.
Select the ROTATE TOOL
Select the ROTATE TOOL from the toolbar.
Using the SIZING HANDLES
Using the ARROW TOOL select the CENTER sizing handle
on the right side of the rectangle. Drag the handle
up or down to skew the object.
