Guides
and Rulers
Before
you can add guides to your file you must first make
the top and left rulers visible. To show the rulers:
- Select VIEW from the toolbar and scroll down to
RULERS and select it.
- You will see that rulers have been added to your
file window.
- Place your cursor ON the top ruler.
- While holding down the left mouse button drag down
to the window of your file. As you drag you will see
a light green line being dragged onto your file. This
is your guideline.
- To place your guide in an exact position double
click the guide and set the pixel position.
The default green colored guidline
is invisible on you final file.
