At
the top are a series of buttons each representing different features that
can be applied to your HTML document. If you need a detailed explaination
of any of the buttons just click the HELP
button on the toolbar.
To
start with it's a good idea to limit yourself to the basic features such
as insert image, bold, italics and horizontal rule.
**The
web pages will look fragmented while in edit mode!
How
to use the editor:
- Click
the NEW
button to clear the stage of these instructions.
- Start a new browser and navigate to the web page you would like to edit.
- Place
your cursor anywhere in the browser window and select CTRL +
A from the keyboard to copy the page to the clipboard.
- Navigate
back to the Editor and place your cursor in the stage.
- Select
the PASTE button
from
the keyboard to paste the HTML code into the Editor.
- Make your
edits to the page.
- Click
the preview
button
to see what the final document will look like.
- When your
finished click the "SAVE THIS PAGE AS..."
button.
- Save the
file to the SUMMARY folder.
- Repeat
the process for future edits until the report is complete. Just open
up your saved document next time.
